We are pleased to invite you to attend The 15th International Conference on Education Technology and Computers (ICETC 2023), which will be held at University of Barcelona, Spain during September 26-28, 2023.

The ICETC 2023 Organizing Committee is committed to enriching the conference schedule and providing a more effective communication platform while maintaining the success of ICETC in the past fourteen editions. The conference is organized along session themes, addressed in plenary oral presentations by keynote speakers and invited speakers, and extensive oral presentation and poster sessions by authors. In addition, we will also have various social events, including the campus visit, dinner banquet and one day tour, to make the meeting a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
